摘要
目的探讨精益原则在急诊护理差错预防应用的效果。方法收集2016年5~11月未实施急诊护理精益化管理前的相关调查指标(对照组)及收集2016年11月~2017年5月实施急诊精益化管理后的相关调查指标(观察组),比较两组护理人员工作满意度、医护人员沟通方式和次数、急诊检查差错事故发生率、输液差错事故发生率、急诊抢救配合及物品管理差错事故发生率。结果观察组护理人员工作满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医护人员沟通方式中面对面沟通的比例和沟通次数多于对照组(P<0.05);观察组急诊检查差错事故发生率、输液差错事故发生率、急诊抢救配合及物品管理差错事故发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精益原则在急诊护理差错预防应用的效果确切,可优化医护人员沟通方式,增加沟通次数,减少急诊检查差错事故、输液差错事故,提升护理人员工作满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of lean principle in the application of error prevention in emergency nursing.Methods The relevant survey index(control group)before the lean management of emergency care was collected from May 2016 to November 2016 and the relevant survey index(observation group)was collected from November 2016 to May 2017 after the implementation of lean management.Two groups of nursing staff job satisfaction,communication methods and times of medical staff,emergency inspection error accident rate,infusion error accident rate,emergency rescue cooperation and items management error accident rate were compared.Results The job satisfaction of nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion and frequency of face-to-face communication among medical staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The accident rate of emergency check error,infusion error,emergency rescue cooperation and items management error in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of lean principle in the application of emergency nursing error prevention is accurate.It can optimize the communication mode of medical staff,increase the number of communication,reduce the accident of emergency examination,the accident of infusion error,and improve the job satisfaction of the nursing staff.It is worth popularizing and applying.
