发电企业生产系统的组件化设计

摘要 目前大多数发电企业生产系统实现成本较高,经济性不强,不利于推广使用,为此提出一种发电企业生产系统的组件化设计。首先确定生产系统模块,研究生产系统的需求,在此基础上,分析生产系统的设计原则,完成生产系统总体设计,确定发电企业生产系统的结构层次。为完成生产系统组件化设计,对生产系统组件化设计的相关技术理论和基本概念进行分析,主要包括B/S体系构架、流程分层建模技术、生产系统流程动态装配技术、数据集技术,从而实现发电企业生产系统设计。实验结果证明,所提方法能够有效提高生产系统的运行速度,降低运行能耗,从而提高发电企业的生产效率,推动了发电企业生产系统的设计实现。 The production system of power generation enterprises based on the previously-designed methods has high imple-mentation cost,weak economy efficiency,and is not conducive to the promotion,therefore a componentized design for produc-tion system of power generation enterprises is proposed.The module of the production system is determined.The demand of pro-duction system is studied.On these basis,the design principle of the production system is analyzed to accomplish the overall de-sign of the production system,and determine the structure hierarchy of the power generation enterprise production system.In or-der to realize the componentized design of the production system,the technologies(B/S system architecture,process hierarchi-cal modeling technology,dynamic assembly technology of production system process,data set technology)of the production sys-tem componentized design are analyzed to realize the production system design of power generation enterprises.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the running speed of the production system and reduce the run-ning energy consumption,which can improve the production efficiency of the power generation enterprise,and promote the de-sign implementation of the power generation enterprise production system.
