摘要
在新建本科高校应用转型的背景下,以幼儿教师岗位能力培养为导向的学前教育专业人才培养模式创新是一个系统工程。它要以卓越幼儿教师培养为目标,在课程、师资、实践、考核等方面进行系统重构,打造具有可持续发展、并有显著就业竞争力的人才培养体系。
Under the trends of transforming into application-oriented universities,the innovative train-ing mode of preschool education majors guided by the cultivation of preschool teachers’teaching capacity poses as a systematic challenge.Striving to cultivate outstanding preschool teachers,it will initiate the re-construction of the curriculum,teaching staff training,teaching practice and evaluation method to establish a talent training system for undergraduates with sustainable development and significant employment com-petitiveness.
