回撤吊车行走液压系统建模及仿真分析

摘要 为了解回撤吊车行走液压系统的输出特性,利用AMESim对回撤吊车满载情况下行走液压传动系统进行建模和仿真分析,得到其行走液压系统中液压泵、换向阀和液压马达的输出特性和参数。仿真结果显示,液压泵出口流量在开始时有一定脉动,但0.5s后流量趋于稳定,压力稳定在20 MPa;液压马达的工作压力稳定在18.5 MPa,其中液压阀处压力损失最大。该液压系统能够提供16.17kN·m的稳定转矩,输出参数能够快速到达稳定值。研究结果表明,行走液压系统能够很好地保证回撤吊车牵引80t重的重型设备,响应速度较快,动力足、工作性能稳定。 To get the output characteristics of the moving hydraulic system of a shield mule,the modeling and simulation analyses of the moving hydraulic system of the shield mule under full load condition were carried out based on AMESim,and the output characteristics and parameters of the hydraulic pump,reversing valve and hydraulic motor were obtained.The simulation results show that the outlet flow of the hydraulic pump is fluctuated at the beginning and tends to be stable after 0.5 s,and the pressure is stable at 20 MPa.The working pressure of the hydraulic motor is stable at 18.5 MPa,and the pressure loss of the hydraulic valve is the most.The hydraulic system can provide stable torque of 16.17 kN·m,and the output parameters can reach stable values quickly.The results indicate that the moving hydraulic system can guarantee the traction of 80 t heavy-duty equipment by the shield mule with fast response,enough power and good stability.
