摘要
针对工业上相同吨位的燃煤熔化炉和电熔化炉硬件资源浪费、能源浪费、成本升高和不环保等特点,采用对燃气熔化炉进行自动控制。控制系统中的三烧嘴熔化炉即是三个带喷火燃烧装置的熔化炉,其中,两个烧嘴的作用是将铝料熔化,一个烧嘴将熔化的铝液进行保温。以PLC为核心,对系统硬件、软件关键技术和MCGS组态软件进行设计;温度控制采用PLC程序设计实现;MCGS组态软件实现人机交互、监控和参数设定作用,系统能够达到控制要求,实现对三烧嘴熔化炉的自动控制。该设计在实际生产线中运行稳定,操作方便,有效地提高系统自动控制水平。
Aims at the shortcomings of coal-fired melting furnace and electric melting furnace with the same tonnage industrially,waste of hardware resource and energy,cost increase and unfriendly to environment,the designed system controls the Gas melting furnace automatically.Three-burner melting furnace in the system consists of three melting furnaces with fire-burning device,two of them used for aluminum material melting,one for heat preservation of aluminum liquid.Cored by PLC,the system hardware,software key technique and temperature monitoring system are designed.The temperature is controlled by PLC program design.MCGS Configuration software is applied to realize human-computer interaction,monitoring and parameter setting function.The system can achieve the accuracy of temperature and realize cost reduction and the automatic control of three-burner melting furnace.In the actual production line,the system is stable and convenient operation and effectively improves the level of automatic control.
