摘要
随着高强钢材料在工业生产中得到了广泛应用,金属材料的表面常有破坏、失效的现象产生,为了改善工件表面的性能,激光表面处理技术已得到广泛应用,但在对材料表面热处理时,难以确定优化的激光参数,为了缩短试验周期,节约试验成本,提高试验效率,本文基于Visual-Environment软件平台,采用2D高斯热源模型对高强钢表面热处理的多道搭接过程进行了数值模拟计算。研究结果表明,采用2D高斯热源模型,选择合适的热源参数能够获得与实际激光焊接接头形貌较一致的温度场云图并满足实际生产的需求。
With high strength steel materials have been widely used in the military field,he metal surface often have damage,failure phenomenon,In order to improve the surface performance,the laser surface treatment technology has been widely used,but in the working of material surface heat treatment,it is difficult to determine the optimized laser parameters,in order to shorten the test cycle,saving the test cost,improve test efficiency,this paper based on Visual-Environment software platform,using the 2D Gauss heat source model in multi pass hot surface treatment process of high strength steel is simulated.The research results show that using the 2D Gauss heat source model and selecting the appropriate heat source parameters,we can get the cloud map of temperature field which is consistent with the actual laser welded joint morphology,and meet the actual production needs.
