摘要
目的建立HPLC-DAD法同时测定麦味地黄丸(麦冬、五味子、熟地黄等)中6种成分的含有量。方法该药物50%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水(含0.2%磷酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量0.8 m L/min;柱温35℃;检测波长220、230、236、274 nm。结果五味子甲素、五味子乙素、五味子醇甲、芍药苷、丹皮酚、马钱苷分别在10~70、6.5~45.5、33.5~234.5、17~119、31~217、34~238μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r>0.990 0),平均加样回收率(RSD)分别为99.6%(1.7%)、100.4%(1.8%)、100.7%(1.8%)、102.9%(1.7%)、102.2%(1.5%)、99.7%(1.2%)。结论该方法简单、快速、重复性好,可用于麦味地黄丸的质量控制。
AIM To establish an HPLC-DADmethod for the simultaneous content determination of six constit-uents in Mai"wei Diliuang Pills(Ophiogo^goois Radi%,Schisandrae ehinensis Fructus,Rehmanniae Radi%Praeparata,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 50%methanol extra?of thisdrug was performed on a 35℃thermostatic Ag-ilent ZORBAX SB-C18column(4.6 mmX 150 mm,5"m),witli the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-water(containing 0.2%phosphate acid)flowing at 0.8 mlVmin in a gradient elution manner,and thedetection wave-lengths were set at 220,230,236 and 274 nm.RESULTS Deoxyschizandrin,schizandrin B,schisandrin,pae-oniflorin,paeonol and loganin showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 10-70,6.5-45.5,33.5-234.5,17-119,31-217 and 34-238ug/mL(r>0.990 0),whose average recoveries(RSDs)were 99.6%(1.7%),100.4%(1.8%),100.7%(1.8%),102.9%(1.7%),102.2%(1.5%)and 99.7%(1.2%),respectively.CONCLUSION This simple and reproducible method can be used for the rapid quality control of Maiwei Dihuang Pills.
