摘要
对芳香醛(1a^1l)和(硫代)巴比妥酸(2或2')经缩合反应合成亚烃基巴比妥酸衍生物(3a^3l)进行了研究。结果表明:蒙脱土负载氯化镍(MMT/NiCl_2)能有效催化3的合成。在最优条件[n(1a^1l)/n(2或2')=1.0/1.1,DMSO为溶剂,MMT/Ni Cl210 mol%,于75℃反应15 min]下,3 a^3 l产率87.7%~99.6%,其结构经1H NMR和IR确证。MMT/NiCl_2循环使用3次,3a产率良好(79.8%)。
5-Benzylidene barbituric acid derivatives(3a^3l)were synthesized by condensation reaction of aromatic aldehydes(1a^1l)with(thio)barbituric acid(2 or 2′).The results showed that montmorillonite supported nickel chloride(MMT/NiCl 2)could catalyze this reaction effectively.The optimum conditions are as follows:n(1a^1l)/n(2 or 2′)=1.0/1.1,DMSO as solvent,MMT/NiCl 2 10 mol%,reaction at 75℃for 15 min.The yields of 3a^3l can reach 87.7%~99.6%and the structures were confirmed by 1 H NMR and IR.The yield of 3a remains 79.8%after MMT/NiCl 2 recycle for three times.
