摘要
通用体系的全配置管理模式下的超级BOM中,每个零件的字段都是有意义的,都是经过长期的研发、制造等环节确定下来的需求,这种管理模式被国内一些OEM引用时,个别字段不能理解未被正确使用,有的因公司的管理模式差异而被滤掉,使用过程中与这套体系的创建初衷大相径庭,本文主要通过工作经验心得,以点代面通过对超级BOM中FPC这个属性的简要介绍,陈述全配置管理模式下的超级BOM中零件属性各字段的意义,以供参考。
In the super BOM of GM system confi guration management mode,each fi eld of part are meaningful,which are confi rmed during the long-term R&D,manufacturing and other aspects.When this kind of management pattern is referred by some domestic OEM,some fi elds cannot be used properly,and some fi elds are fi ltered out due to the difference of the company management mode.So using this system is great difference with the original intention of system.Through work experience this paper mainly introduces the FPC of super BOM briefly and represents the meaning of fields in super BOM under the confi guration management mode for reference.
