摘要
目的规范手术室护理信息,形成标准化数据元,促进手术室护理信息的共享。方法采用文献研究法、现场考察法等方法,遵循数据元标准化的原则及方法,构建标准化手术室护理信息数据元。结果形成标准化手术室护理信息数据元242个,值域30个。结论手术室护理信息标准化数据元的构建,规范了手术室护理术语的内容及格式,能促进信息交流与共享。
Objective To standardize the nursing information in the operating room,and promote the information sharing.Methods With the principle and method of data element standardization,the data element of nursing information in the operating room were standardized after literature review and on-the-spot investigation.Results A total of 242 data elements and 30 ranges were standardized and developed.Conclusion The development of data element of nursing information in the operating room is beneficial to the enhancement of information sharing.
