摘要
针对我国西北部大风、大温差区域输电铁塔紧固件易松动、实时轴力难以监测、松动状态无法分析的问题,本文基于无线传感器网络技术设计并研发了一套远程实时监测系统。系统以太阳能作为能源供给,集数据测量、信号采集、无线传输、GPRS远程发送、数据管理于一体,实现了远程上位机监测中心对现场数据的实时监测。整套系统具有良好的可行性和可靠性,通过长期数据的监测与分析发现,提高初始预紧力对提升剩余紧固轴力百分比具有明显效果,对输电铁塔螺纹紧固件防松措施的研究具有指导性意义。
Aiming at the problems that the threaded fastener of power transmission tower in strong wind and large temperature difference area in Northwest China is loose easily and it is difficult to monitor the axial force under service condition,a remote real-time monitoring system based on wireless sensor network is designed and developed in this paper.The system uses solar energy as an energy supply.The data measurement,signal acquisition,wireless transmission,GPRS remote transmission,data management are gathered in integral whole,and the real-time monitoring of field data is realized by the remote PC monitoring center.The whole system has good feasibility and reliability.Through long-term data monitoring and analysis,it is found that increasing the initial preload has obvious effect on increasing the remaining fastening axial force percentage,which is instructive to research on the anti loosening measures for the threaded fastener of power transmission tower.
