摘要
翼身组合体静强度试验是运输类飞机试验的重要内容之一,试验件为中机身和机翼组合结构。本文从试验承载系统、支持、加载方法、控制、测量等方面提出了此类型试验方案。试验结果表明,该试验方案科学合理,试验加载精度达到最大载荷1%以内,试验方法可为其它相同或类似结构静力试验提供参考。
The static strength test of wing-body is one of important parts of transport aircraft test.The test method for static strength of transport wing-body is carried out.The test piece is a composite structure of middle fuselage and wing.The test method is introduced from the aspects of supporting system,loading,control and measurement,and so on.The test results show that the test scheme is reasonable,and the loading precision is within 1%the max load.The test method can be used as a reference for the static tests of other components.
