摘要
针对某工程吸波鼓包蒙皮静力试验,介绍了运用多区域充压同步的控制方法和安全保护措施。用6个平面将鼓包蒙皮外侧分隔为7个加载区,根据分区加载的特点,设计了一套专用加载夹具。采用计算机控制技术对气囊充压,进而将压力传递到试验件考核部位,从而完成压力的施加。试验结果表明,控制结果满足试验要求,安全保护措施切实可靠。
Aiming at the static test of absorbing bulge skin of a project,the control method and safety measures are introduced.The outer surface of the bulge skin is divided into seven loading areas by six planes,and a set of special loading clamps is designed according to the characteristics of the subarea loading.The computer control technology is used to pressurize the gasbag,then the pressure is transferred to the test part of the test piece,and the pressure is loaded.The test results show that the control results can meet the test requirements,and the safety measures are reliable.
