摘要
在电场、放电、机械应力、酸雨以及强紫外线等因素综合作用下,硅橡胶复合套管运行一定年限后易出现表面开裂、粉化、伞裙脆化、憎水性丧失等劣化现象,导致电气绝缘性能下降。利用硅橡胶修补胶(FB-XBI)和防爆破飞溅涂料(FB-PRTV),对劣化的硅橡胶复合套管表面进行修复,使其电气绝缘性能得到恢复。各项试验结果表明,修复后的硅橡胶复合套管不会影响套管原有性能,憎水性和绝缘性能等指标均符合标准要求。
After some years running,several phenomena would appear in the silicone rubber composite bushings,such as cracking,chalking,umbrella skirt embrittling,hydrophobicity loss and other degradation under the effect of electric field,discharge,mechanical stress,acid rain and strong ultraviolet,resulted in performance degradation of electrical insulation.The aging silicone rubber composite bushing was renovated by FB-XBI and FB-PRTV to recovery the electrical performance.Test results indicated that silicone rubber composite bushing would not affect the original performance after being renovated,the hydrophobicity and external insulation performance met the standard requirements.
