摘要
玉米单倍体育种技术能快速创制出纯系,显著缩短育种年限,提高育种效率,节约育种成本。单倍体高效成功加倍是该技术规模化应用的关键环节。自然加倍是一种最简便的加倍方法,笔者总结了玉米单倍体雄花和雌花育性自然恢复的表现、影响单倍体育性自然恢复的因素以及玉米单倍体育性自然恢复的有关细胞学及分子机制,并就其未来研究以及发展前景做了初步阐述与展望。
Maize haploid technology can rapidly develop homozygous lines,significantly shorten breeding cycles,improve breeding efficiency and save cost in maize breeding.Haploid doubling with success and high efficiency is a key step during the haploid technology application in large scale,and spontaneous doubling is the simplest method in practice.This paper summarized the performance of spontaneous doubling for male and female parts in maize haploid plants,influence factors,and cytological and molecular mechanism of spontaneous doubling.We also briefly introduced the development prospect and research direction of maize haploid spontaneous doubling in the future.
