摘要
腐蚀是造成电子设备失效的主要原因,在机载电子设备结构单元设计中进行防腐蚀设计是提高设备使用寿命的一个重要手段。从材料选用、表面防护和结构设计三个方面对机载电子设备结构单元的防腐蚀设计进行了分析和阐述,对后续机载电子设备结构单元设计具有一定的参考意义。
Anti-corrosion design during the structural design of airborne electronic equipment is a significant measure to improve the service life of equipment as corrosion is the main reason for the failure of electronic equipment.In this article,the anti-corrosion design for structural units of the airborne electronic equipment has been analyzed and expounded in aspects of the material selection,surface protection and structural design.It has certain reference significance for the following structural unit design of airborne electronic equipment.
