防混料检具装置设计

摘要 针对汽车零件中存在的形状相同、特征相反的工件,如孔位对称、开口反向等,在分装过程中易产生混淆的情况,依靠肉眼长期分拣容易产生视觉疲劳从而引发误判,因此设计出了一种防混料检具,其包括机械、硬件、软件三个部分。通过Solidworks建立了防混料检具的三维数字模型;设计出了检具的电气线路图,包括光纤传感器、数据采集卡、继电器等;运用Visual Basic设计了检具的人机交互界面,包括运行状况显示、数据保存与分析等。试验结果表明该检具能够实现对不同型号工件的精确识别,检测过程高效可靠。 Aiming at the problems that it is easy to be confused in the sub-packaging process due to the same shape and characteristics of the automobile parts,such as the symmetry of the hole and the reverse of the opening,and it may cause human error because of the visual fatigue when relying on long-term sorting by the naked eyes.Thus a kind of anti-mixing inspection device is devised in this paper,which includes three parts:the machinery,hardware and software.A 3D digital model of the device is established by Solidworks.The electrical circuit diagram is designed,including the optical fiber sensor,data acquisition card,relay,etc.A user interface is designed by Visual Basic,including the operation status display,data preservation and analysis,etc.The test result shows that the device can realize accurate identification of different types of workpieces,and the detection process is efficient and reliable.
