摘要
通过共混改性添加新型多功能架状硅酸盐材料量子能粉末~(简称QE粉)到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)中,采用纺牵一步法制得QE粉改性PET纤维。测试分析了QE粉的添加对PET纤维形貌及力学、吸湿和紫外吸收等性能的影响。结果表明:PET/QE纤维表面均匀分布有大量改性粉体;QE粉的引入明显提高了PET的吸湿、抗静电性能,PET/QE纤维回潮率达1.23%,表现出了更为优异的芯吸高度及液态水扩散速度;纤维比电阻也下降了32%,PET/QE纤维织物的感应静电电压峰值和半衰时间则下降了107 V和0.47 s;紫外吸收测试表明PET/QE纤维对紫外及可见光均有一定的吸收。
The novel multi-functional framework silicate Quantum Energy powder(QE powder)was added to poly ethylene terephthalate(PET)by blending modification to prepare the PET fiber modified by QE powder via spinning-drafting one-step method.The effects of QE powder on PET fiber morphology,its mechanical property,moisture absorption,antistatic and ultraviolet absorption properties were studied.The results indicate that the numerous modified particles are uniformly distributed on the surface of PET/QE fiber.The addition of QE powder elevates significantly the moisture absorption and antistatic properties of PET.The moisture regain rate of PET/QE fiber reaches 1.23%and the PET/QE fiber shows better wicking height and water spreading speed,and its specific resistance also decreases by 32%.Moreover,its induction electrostatic voltage peak values and the half decay time decreases by 107 V and 0.47 s respectively.The ultraviolet absorption measurement implies that PET/QE fiber shows certain absorption of both ultraviolet and visible light.
