摘要
师生关系是高等学校教育过程中最基本的关系,又是一种特殊的人际关系和社会关系。和谐的高校师生关系的建立要求教师和学生之间在地位上要相互平等,人格上要相互尊重,要经常性的鼓励学生。这是提高高等学校教育质量的保证,也是社会精神文明的需要。
The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic relationship in the process of higher education and also a special kind of interpersonal and social relations.The establishment of harmonious relationship between teachers and students requires equality of status,mutual respect in personality,and to encourage students regularly.This is not only the guarantee of improving the quality of higher education,but also the need of social spiritual civilization.
