摘要
制备了不同改性水滑石(LDHs)应用于聚氯乙烯(PVC)弹性体,考察其对PVC弹性体的力学性能、阻燃抑烟性能、微观结构的影响。结果表明:与单独使用硅烷偶联剂和硅酸铝包覆改性方法相比,硅烷表面改性硅酸铝包覆水滑石综合效果最好;与加入未改性水滑石PVC弹性体相比,加入改性水滑石的拉伸强度提高了约30%,极限氧指数提高约4.5%,烟密度降低约23%,水滑石经过硅酸铝包覆后,其耐酸蚀性提高。
Different modified hydrotalcites(LDHs)were applied to PVC elastomer.The effects of LDHs on mechanical properties,flame retardancy,smoke suppression and microstructure of PVC elastomer were investigated.The results show that compared with the hydrotalcite modified by only silane coupling agent or aluminum silicate covering,the silane-modified and aluminum silicate-coated hydrotalcite has the best comprehensive performance.Compared with PVC elastomer filled by the unmodified hydrotalcite,the tensile strength and the limting oxygen index of PVC elastomer filled by silane-modified and aluminum silicate-coated hydrotalcite increased by about 30%and 4.5%respectively with the density of smoke decreasing by about 23%,The acid resistance of hydrotalcite was enhanced by the coating of aluminum silicate.
