以岗位能力培养为核心的课程设计及实践 被引量:2

摘要 高校课程改革必须以“职业岗位能力培养”为导向,从我国高校教育的实际出发,切实了解企业对岗位能力的要求,将“职业岗位能力培养”的思想全面渗透到课堂教学中,有效的促进学生职业岗位能力的养成,从而培养出适应社会的需求的人才,形成我国高校课程的特色。
