摘要
通过改变土壤标准样品消解过程中四酸(HCl、HF、HNO_3、HClO_4)的用量、消解前酸的浸泡时间,采用全自动石墨消解法对土壤标准样品进行了消解处理,并用原子吸收法测定了消解液中Pb、Zn、Cu、Ni等4种重金属的含量。结果表明:采用5mL HCl+4mL HF+3mL HNO3+1mL HClO4消解体系,四酸浸泡过夜,次日消解的方法,精密度好,准确度高,是一种准确、环保、高效的土壤前处理消解方法。
By changing the amount of four acid(HCl,HF,HNO3,HClO4)in the digestion of soil samples and the soaking time of the pre digestion acid,the total automatic graphite digestion method was used to dissolve the standard soil samples,and the content of 4 heavy metals such as Pb,Zn,Cu and Ni in the digestion solution was determined by atomic absorption method.The results showed that the 5 mLHCl+4 mLHF+3 mLHNO3+1 mLHClO4 digestion system,four acid soaked overnight,the following day digestion method,with good precision and high accuracy,is an accurate,environmentally friendly and efficient method for soil pretreatment.
