摘要
目的探讨综合护理对甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者临床症状的影响.方法随机选取收治的126例甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者,依据护理方法将患者分为常规护理组(n=63)和综合护理组(n=63),并对两组患者的心功能分级、护理疗效、血清FT3、FT4水平、SAS、SDS评分进行统计分析.结果综合护理组患者心功能分级Ⅰ级比例显著高于常规护理组(P<0.05),Ⅲ级比例显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05),综合护理组的总有效率为96.8%(61/63),显著高于常规护理组(81.0%(51/63),P<0.05),血清FT3、FT4水平、SAS、SDS评分均显著低于常规护理组(P<0.05).结论综合护理能够有效改善甲状腺功能亢进性心脏病患者临床症状.
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on the clinical symptoms of patients with hyperthyroid heart disease.Method A total of 126 patients with hyperthyroidism were randomly selected.The patients were divided into routine care group(n=63)and comprehensive care group(n=63)according to nursing methods.The cardiac function grading,nursing efficacy,serum FT3 and FT4 levels,SAS and SDS scores were statistically analyzed between the two groups.Results The proportion of grade I in the comprehensive nursing group was significantly higher than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05),and the proportion of gradeⅢwas significantly lower than that of the routine nursing group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the comprehensive nursing group(96.8%,61/63)was significantly higher than that of the conventional care group(81.0%(51/63),P<0.05).Compared with the routine care group,serum FT3 and FT4 levels,SAS and SDS scores of the comprehensive care group were significantly lower(P<0.0 5).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with hyperthyroid heart disease.
