摘要
运用三阶段DEA模型,将福利变化与成果分配、生态环境保护以及居民经济素质作为外部环境因素,测算我国各省份地区经济效率变动。结果表明,三大外部环境因素对地区经济效率的影响显著;全国地区经济效率呈现出"东部高、西部低"的明显趋势,而且这种突出差异来自于规模效率的影响,西部的规模效率严重低于东部与中部地区;同时,西部与中部地区的三大外部环境因素表现不足,显著降低地区经济效率。
Using the three stages DEA model,taking the welfare changes and distribution,economic ecology environmental protection and resident's economic quality as the external environmental factors,authors measured the economic efficiency changes of the provinces area in our country.The results show that the three external environmental factors have a significant impact on regional economic efficiency.Welfare changes,distribution of results and national economy quality promotes the regional economic efficiency.Due to increased capital investment,the cost of ecological environment has a negative effect on regional economic efficiency.The national regional economic efficiency distribution indicates that regional economic efficiency presents the obvious trend of"east high and west low",and the outstanding difference from the influence of the scale efficiency,scale efficiency in the west seriously lower than that of the east and central regions.At the same time,the three external environmental factors in the western and central regions are insufficient,which significantly reduces the regional economic efficiency.
