摘要
目的:评价0.1%阿达帕林凝胶联合含木瓜蛋白酶及马齿苋医学护肤品治疗轻中度寻常痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法:采用随机、开放、对照方法研究。按照痤疮严重程级国际改良标准入选轻、中度寻常痤疮患者。试验组给予含木瓜蛋白酶及马齿苋医学护肤品联合0.1%阿达帕林凝胶外用,对照组仅睡前外用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶,在治疗前及治疗后7、14、28 d分别对患者进行随访,记录炎性皮损、非炎性皮损和总皮损数给予评分,并观察不良反应。结果:与基线比较,第7d,总非炎性皮损数降低值试验组为(6.94±5.58)、对照组为(3.17±2.73)(t=4.67,P<0.01);总炎性皮损数降低值试验组为(2.98±2.42)、对照组为(0.94±1.03)(t=5.97,P<0.01);第14d,总非炎性皮损数降低值试验组为(17.43±11.58)、对照组为(9.88±7.64)(t=4.16,P<0.01);总炎性皮损数降低值试验组为(7.56±5.42),对照组为(3.11±3.03)(t=5.49,P<0.01);第28d,总非炎性皮损数降低值试验组为(26.73±22.58)、对照组为(20.28±17.66)(t=1.72,P>0.05);总炎性皮损数降低值试验组为(6.46±6.42),对照组为(8.96±8.07)(t=1.85,P>0.05)。第7d,试验组有效率为25.4%、对照组为15.0%(χ~2=14.323,P<0.01);第14d,试验组有效率为42.4%,对照组为24.1%(χ~2=5.787,P>0.05);第28d,试验组有效率为50.8%,对照组44.8%(χ~2=2.652,P>0.05)。结论 :0.1%阿达帕林凝胶联合含木瓜蛋白酶及马齿苋医学护肤品治疗寻常痤疮较单用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶见效快、疗效显著、疗程短,未增加不良反应,易被患者接受。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 0.1%adapalene gel combined with papain and purslane medical skin care products treat mild or moderate acne.Methods:Used in random,open and contrasted methods,mild and moderate acne patients were selected in accordance with the acne severity and international standard of improvement.The experiment group members were treated with papain and purslane medical skin care combined with 0.1%adapalene gel for external use.The control group members were treated with 0.1%adapalene gel for external use before they slept.The number of inflammatory lesions,noninflammatory lesions and total skin lesions for patients were recorded and marked before treatment and after treatment on 7th,14th and 28th day separately,also adverse reactions observed.Results:Compared with the baseline,the lower value of noninflammatory lesions was渊6.94依5.58冤in the experiment group on the 7th day,while渊3.17依2.73冤渊t=4.67,P约0.01冤in the control group.The lower value of inflammatory lesions was渊2.98依2.42冤,while渊0.94依1.03冤渊t=5.97,P约0.01冤in the control group.On the 14th day,the lower value of noninflammatory lesion was渊17.43依11.58冤in the experimental group while渊9.88依7.64冤in the control group渊t=4.16,P约0.01冤.The lower value of inflammatory lesions was渊7.56依5.42冤in the control group while渊3.11依3.03冤in the control group渊t=5.49,P约0.01冤.On the 28th day,the lower value of noninflammatory lesions was渊26.73依22.58冤while渊20.08依17.66冤渊t=1.72,P跃0.05冤in the control group.The lower value of inflammatory lesions was渊6.46依6.42冤in the experimental group while渊8.96依8.07冤in the control group渊t=1.85,P跃0.05冤.On the 7th day,the efficacy rate was 25.4%in the experiment group while 15.0%in the control group渊字2=14.323,P约0.01冤.On the 14th day,the efficacy rate was 42.4%in the experiment group while 24.1%渊字2=5.787,P跃0.05冤.On the 28th day,the efficacy was 50.8%in the experiment group while 44.8%in the control group渊字2=2.652,P跃0.05冤.Conclusion:0.1%adapalene gel combined with papain and purslane medical skin care to treat common acne is better than 0.1%adapalene gel which have quicker effect,shorter course of treatment,no adverse reactions that is easy to be accepted by patients.
