摘要
综述山西省西葫芦产业发展的优势,包括传统产区及区域优势、科研领域优势、标准化发展优势、种业优势等方面,指出产业在品种、栽培、采后贮藏加工、制种、市场等方面存在的问题,并提出产业健康发展的对策:加强西葫芦适用性强品种的选育及优势品种推广力度,增加品种类型;加大优势产区的投资力度;发挥山西省农业科学院、山西农业大学等院校的科研助推农业能力,农民专业合作社等的协作能力,完善产业链,实施标准化、轻简化、"双减一增"生产,提质增效。
Advantages of Cucurbita pepo industrialization in Shanxi were reviewed,including tradition and regional,scientific research,the development of standardized cultivation,seed industry advantages.It pointed out problems existing in development of varieties,cultivation,storage and processing,seed production and market,and put forward countermeasures to the healthy development of the industrialization,such as strengthening strong applicability varieties breeding,improving promotion efficiency,increasing varieties types,increasing investment in dominant producing areas,giving full play to the Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Shanxi Agricultural University scientific research and boost agricultural capacity,the ability of farmers'professional cooperation to cooperate,improving the industrial chain,carrying out standardization,simplification,double minus one increase production,improveing quality and efficiency.
