摘要
目的探讨循环式技能培训体系在妇科临床实习中的应用效果。方法选取2017年7—12月来我院妇科实习的24名来自同一所大学相同专业的2014级的学生作为研究对象。前10周实习的12名学生作为对照组,后10周实习的12名学生作为研究组。对照组学生采用常规带教实习的方式,研究组学生采用循环式技能培训。以两组学生入科时的理论知识成绩,出科时的理论知识成绩和技能操作成绩及带教老师的综合评价作为评价指标。结果两组学生出科时的理论知识成绩均较入科时有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但研究组学生的理论知识成绩、技能操作成绩以及教师评价均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科临床实习中应用循环式技能培训体系对于医学生掌握临床操作技能具有积极地促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of using circular skill training system in clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 24 students at 2014 level from the same university in the same maternity department from July to December 2017 in our department were selected.12 students in the previous 10 weeks as a control group and 12 students in the 10 weeks after the internship as the research group.Students in the control group was given the usual teaching-practice methods,and the students in the research group was given cyclic skills training.Two groups of students into the subjects and the results of the exams and teachers to teach the comprehensive evaluation as an indicator.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge of students in study group and control group were significantly higher than that of subjects in study group(P<0.05),but in the study group,the scores of theoretical knowledge,technical performance and teachers'evaluation were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of a cyclic skills training system in clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology has a positive effect on the mastery of clinical skills by medical students,and the clinical promotion is recommended.
