摘要
目的探讨舒适护理在手部软组织缺损应用皮瓣修复术后的应用效果。方法此次共选取了60例患者,这60例患者均是本院2017年1月—2018年1月所接受的手部组织缺损患者。分为护理组、对照组,对照组患者在常规护理模式下接受护理,而护理组患者则是在舒适护理模式下接受护理,对比两组护理满意度。结果护理组与对照组患者护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手部软组织缺损疾病的术后护理工作当中,舒适护理发挥着重要作用,其可以有效提高患者及患者家属对护理工作的满意程度。
Objective To explore the application of comfortable nursing in skin flap repair in the soft tissue defect of hand.Methods The subjects in this study were 60 cases,all subjects were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 by hand soft tissue defect were treated with digital table grouping method,divided into nursing group and control group.The patients in the control group was given routine nursing care in nursing mode,nursing group was given comfortable nursing mode,nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The difference of nursing satisfaction between the nursing group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing plays an important role in postoperative nursing of hand soft tissue defects.It can effectively improve the satisfaction degree of patients and their families to nursing work.
