摘要
通过对大型浮顶储罐雷击火灾形成要素分析,从爆炸性混合物、雷击火花形成因素及罐区自然条件等方面剖析了我国罐区防雷现状及存在的主要问题,并对比了国内外防雷规范技术指标要求。在此基础上研究了大型浮顶储罐区综合防雷对策措施,建议加强浮顶密封和电流泄放等方面的规范限制,鼓励推动防雷新技术的应用,提高罐区防雷管理能力,有助于优化大型浮顶储罐防雷安全设计及防控技术措施。
In this paper,the forming factors of large floating roof storage tank lighting fireswas identifiedand analyzed.The current situationand main problemsof lightening protection in tank farms in China were described and discussed,including the explosive oil gas mixture,sparks of lighting strike and local nature condition.Moreover,the worldwide standards and codes of lightning protection technology indexes were compared.Recommended practices and countermeasures for lightning protection of large floating roof storage tank were studied and addressed,and some advices were put forward on regulations for floating roof seal,current release and so on.At the same time,it was suggested that new lightning protection technologies should be encouraged and applied,which wouldhelp to improve lighting protection safety management leveland to optimize safety design and protection measures for large tank farm.
