摘要
食品直接关系到人的生命健康与安全,为人类生命的延续提供能源支持,与人类社会的生存与发展都保持着密切的关系。但是虽然当前我国社会处于经济蓬勃发展的上升期,人们物质生活水平得到显著提升,但是食品安全问题也越来越尖锐的暴露出来。作为食品安全管理程序中的重要一环,食品检测意义重大,但是在实际工作中依然存在很多问题直接影响到食品安全管理工作的有序开展,需要引起充分重视。本文主要从食品检测的意义出发,分析食品检测过程中存在的问题,探究如何有效改进食品检测工作,切实提升我国食品安全管理问题。
Food is directly related to the health and safety of human life and provides energy support for the continuation of human life.But although China's society is in the upswing of economic development and people's material living standards have been improved,food safety problems are becoming more and more acute.As an important part of food safety management procedure,food inspection is of great significance,but there are still many problems in practice that directly affect the orderly development of food safety management,which needs to be paid attention to.Based on the meaning of food inspection,this paper analyzes the problems existing in food inspection,and explores how to improve food inspection effectively and improve food safety management in China.
