摘要
农业劳动力数量和质量的双重瓶颈是当前现代农业发展的重要制约因素,而新型职业农民培育是推进我国农业现代化发展的关键点之一。以宁夏银北地区调查数据为例,运用二元logistic模型对农户参与新型职业农民培训的行为响应及影响因素进行回归分析。结果显示:农户年龄、文化程度、耕地经营情况、培训经历以及农户对政策的认知程度对其参与新型职业农民培训意愿具有重要影响。
The double bottleneck of the quantity and quality of agricultural labor force is the important constraint factor of modern agricultural development.And one of the key points promoting the development of agricultural modernization is cul?tivation of new professional farmers.In this paper,with data in the Yinbei region of Ningxia,the behavioral response and in?fluencing factors of the training of new professional farmers were analyzed by using the binary logistic model.The results show that age,the degree of culture,farmers cultivated land,training experience and growing concern for policy has impor?tant effects on farmers to participate in the new professional farmer training.
