船舶强力构件开孔补强方式研究

Study on Hole-reinforcing Methods for the Ship Structure Components

摘要 针对船体结构中强梁腹板特殊开孔引起的应力集中问题,结合实际建造过程,通过有限元ANSYS参数化建模,对强横梁腹板开孔及补强方案进行计算和分析,给出不同补强形式适合的补强范围。研究表明,通过合理地设计补强形式可以有效地降低应力集中,提出了一些供实际结构设计的参考意见。 The problems of the stress concentration and local reinforcement raised by the special holes in the webs beams in ship structures were taken as the research object.Combing with the practical construction,the parametric modeling method was adopted to model and investigate the trepanning and reinforce scheme of hull strengthen structure by finite element method in ANSYS.It was found that suitable strengthening design can reduce stress concentration effectively.
