摘要
新型城镇化背景下,以人为本的城市环境微更新改造逐渐成为主导。"人本主义—微更新"特性要求包括空间的公平正义性、空间尺度的宜人性、安全便捷舒适性以及适老性,具体空间涉及到城市街区、城市公共空间、城市社区、城市交通空间等。益阳市康富片区正面临城市更新规划契机,根据其现状诉求,交通空间的梳理和疏通、城中村环境的有序改造、部分历史文化片区的激活与复兴是规划的重点内容。在"微廊道""微社区""微文化"的三大目标导向下,通过完善微路网、整治城中村、修复历史文化环境三大策略深入康富片区微更新规划。
Under the background of new urbanization,the human-oriented micro-renewal and transformation of the urban environment has gradually become dominant."Humanism-micro-renewal"is to meet the requirements of humanism,with"micro-nature,""micro-scale,"and"micro-facilities"as the three major goals,for different cities to update the space object,it is to put forward corresponding micro-update strategy,and to consider the implementation path of urban renewal.The"humanism-micro-renewal"characteristic requirements include the fairness and justice of space,the pleasantness of space scale,safety,convenience,comfort and suitable for the elderly.The specific space involves the urban neighborhoods,urban public space,urban communities,and urban transportation space.The Kangfu area of Yiyang City is facing the opportunity of urban renewal planning.According to its current situation the keys contents of the planning are combing and unblocking of the transportation space,the orderly transformation of the urban village environment,and the activaties and revival of some historical and cultural areas.Under the guidance of the three goals of“micro-corridor”,“micro-community”and“micro-culture”,the three strategies of improving micro-road network,renovating urban villages and repairing historical and cultural environment have deepened the micro-renewal planning of Kangfu area.
