摘要
目的分析PDCA循环管理法应用在消毒供应室当中的效果及价值。方法将2016年6月1日~2017年6月30日在本院消毒供应室工作的9名工作人员作为研究对象,按照时间分成两组,对照组实施常规管理法(2016年6月1日~12月31日),观察组(2017年1月1日~6月30日)采取PDCA循环管理法。对比两组消毒供应室的各项工作质量及工作人员满意度。结果观察组的手术器械清洗消毒合格率(99.50%)、呼吸管路清洗消毒合格率(99.00%)、除锈合格率(98.33%)、消毒液浓度合格率(99.50%)、手卫生合格率(98.50%)、灭菌物品合格率(100.00%)都比对照组对应数据高(85.50%、85.00%、85.00%、86.00%、87.50%、88.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员满意度(95.00%)比对照组对应数据高(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应室的日常工作中实施PDCA循环管理法可持续改进工作质量,为院内感染的预防工作提供基础保障。
Objective To analyze the effect and value of PDCA cycle management in disinfection supply room.Methods From June 1,2016 to June 30,2017,9 staff members were selected as study object and divided into 2 groups according to the time.The control group received routine management method(from June 1,2016 to December 31,2016),and the observation group(from January 1,2017 to June 30,2017)adopted the PDCA cycle management method.The quality of work and staff satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of surgical instruments(99.50%),the qualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of the respiratory pipeline(99.00%),the qualified rate of rust removal(98.33%),the qualified rate of the disinfectant concentration(99.50%),the qualified rate of hand hygiene(98.50%),and the qualified rate of sterilizing items(100.00%)were higher than those of the corresponding group(85.50%,85.00%,85.00%,86.00%,87.50%,88.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the daily work of the disinfection supply room,the PDCA cycle management method can be implemented to improve the quality of work and provide the basic guarantee for the prevention of nosocomial infectio;qualified rate;quality of work.
