摘要
目的:探讨单侧椎弓根内固定椎间融合术治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症的护理方法。方法:采用单侧椎弓根内固定椎间融合术治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,比较、分析所有患者术前、术中、术后的护理方式以及效果。结果:所有患者均手术成功,术后平均住院时间(6.6±1.2)d;手术时间(75.2±23.8)min;术后引流量(158.3±31.4)mL;术中出血量(439.8±124.5)mL;VAS评分(2.01±0.61)分;JOA评分(23.08±3.67)分;并发症发生率10%。结论:精心、有效的护理方式能够缩短手术时间和住院时间,降低术后并发症的发生率。
Objective:To explore the nursing method of unilateral pedicle screw fixation and interbody fusion for recurrent lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 patients with recurrent lumbar intervertebral disc herniation treated with unilateral pedicle internal fixation were selected.The nursing methods and effects were compared and analyzed in all patients before,during and after the operation.Results:All the patients were performed successfully,the average postoperative hospital stay(6.6±1.2)d;the operation time was(75.2±23.8)min;postoperative flow rate was(158.3±31.4)mL;intraoperative bleeding was(439.8±124.5)mL;VAS score was(2.01±0.61);JOA score was(23.08±3.67);the complication rate was 10%.Conclusion:Careful and effective nursing mode can shorten operative time and hospitalization time,and reduce postoperative complications.
