摘要
目的:探讨个体化护理干预对霉菌性阴道炎患者治疗依从性及复发率的影响。方法:收治霉菌性阴道炎患者40例,随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予个性化护理。结果:试验组患者依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的自我监控症状能力、自我用药能力、保持良好生活习惯能力以及自我调整心态能力评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:霉菌性阴道炎患者接受个性化护理干预,可以提高患者的治疗依从性,减少病情的复发。
Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and relapse rate of patients with mycotic vaginitis.Methods:40 patients with mycotic vaginitis were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group were given routine nursing,while the experimental group were given personalized nursing.Results:The compliance rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The patients in the experimental group were superior to the control group for their self-monitoring symptom ability,self medication ability,good living habits and self-adjusting mental ability(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with fungal vaginitis receiving personalized nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance and reduce the recurrence of patients.
