摘要
目的了解2002~2016年我国人文护理的研究热点、现状及发展趋势。方法以中国期刊全文数据库、万方学术论文数据库和维普中文科技期刊数据库中2002年1月~2016年9月收录的人文护理研究文献中的关键词作为研究对象,以词频分析和共词聚类分析作为研究方法,运用书目共现分析软件、SPSS21.0统计软件对检索出的关键词进行共词聚类分析。结果共检索到文献732篇,截取的高频关键词21个,共词聚类分析的结果显示我国人文护理研究的热点包括新医学模式下人文护理的发展、护士与护生人文关怀能力的研究、人文护理在精神疾病中的应用研究、人性化护理及应用效果的研究、人文护理中护患沟通能力的研究。结论对国内2002~2016年人文护理领域的研究热点进行共词聚类分析有利于了解人文护理在国内发展的现状及趋势。
Objective To understand the research focus,present situation and development trend of humanistic nursing in China from 2002 to 2016.Methods Using the keywords Chinese journal full text database and Wanfang database and VIP Chinese academic periodical database in the research literature of humanistic care in January 2002~September 2016 included as the research object,using word frequency analysis and clustering analysis as research methods,the use of bibliographic co-occurrence analysis software and SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software co word clustering for keywords retrieve.Results A total of 732 articles were retrieved and 21 high-frequency keywords were intercepted.The results of cluster analysis showed that the hot spots of humanistic nursing research in China included the development of humanistic nursing under the new medical model and the research on the humanistic care ability of nurses and nursing students.The applied research of humanistic nursing in mental illness,the research of humanized nursing and applied effect,the research of communication ability of nursing and patient in humanistic nursing.Conclusion Co-word clustering analysis on the research hotspots in the field of humanistic nursing in China from 2002 to 2016 is conducive to understanding the current situation and trends of humanistic nursing in China.
