大学生五人制足球教学比赛负荷特征研究 被引量:8

摘要 采取可穿戴心率传感器和GPS定位系统采集10名大学生五人制足球运动员在3场教学比赛中的心率指标和跑动相关指标,用以量化运动员的内部和外部比赛负荷。结果显示:运动员比赛平均心率为(171.6±10.7)次/min,68.6%的比赛时间处于中高强度以上心率区间(>160次/min),在比赛时间内运动员跑动(90.9±7.6)m/min,其中高强度(速度>15 km/h)跑动距离为6.5 m(占7.1%),步行和慢跑(速度<8 km/h)距离为53.9 m(占59.3%),高强度的加速(>2 m/s2)和减速(<-2 m/s2)跑动距离分别为4.7和3.4 m,运动员在比赛中的最大跑动速度为(22±2.2)km/h。研究结果说明大学生五人制比赛是以中高强度负荷进行的间歇性有氧和无氧混合运动。 By using wearable heart rate sensors and a GPS,the authors collected the heart rate index and running related indexes of 10 collegiate futsal players in 3 teaching competitions,used these indexes to quantify the players’internal and external loads,and revealed the following findings:the players’competition average heart rate was(171.6±10.7)beats/min,during 68.6%of the competition time,the players were in the heart rate zone above medium high intensity(>160 beats/min),during competition time,the players ran at a speed of(90.9±7.6)m/min,in which their high intensity(speed>15km/h)running distance was 6.5 m(7.1%),their walking and jogging(speed<8 km/h)distance was 53.9 m(59.3%),their high intensity acceleration(>2 m/s2)and deceleration(<2 m/s2)running distances were respectively 4.7 m and 3.4 m,during the competitions,the players’maximum running speed was(22±2.2)km/h.The said findings indicate that collegiate futsal competition is an aerobic and anaerobic mixed exercise done in a medium high intensity load condition.
