摘要
为引领广大中职教师当好引路人,做名好教师,需要了解中职教师"引路人"价值的生成逻辑,把握当前中职教师"引路人"价值的现状,明晰中职教师"引路人"的努力方向,提出中职教师应当好学生职业理想的引路人、学习知识的引路人、提升职业素养的引路人、学技终身的引路人。
In order for the secondary vocational teachers to act as qualified guides and good teachers,it is necessary to learn about the logic of how the value of being guides take into shape,the status quo of the guides at work and in what direction the guides should go.In the article,it is proposed that the secondary vocational school teachers guide their students in the vocational ideals,academic study,professional quality and lifelong learning of technologies.
