摘要
应用数字图像处理技术和灰度识别理论,基于Matlab平台和嵌入式系统,提出了具有重大应用价值的基于图像处理的IT服务平台,通过分析火焰燃烧在黑白成像下灰度值的差别,运用基于灰度分割和背景差值的图像分割方法,提出了一种燃烧检测的快速提取与识别算法。该方法具有一定的理论意义和实际应用价值。在理论上,提出了基于数字图像处理的燃烧识别系统。在实际生产中,本方法可单独或配合其他火焰检测系统确定煤粉锅炉的燃烧情况,为煤粉锅炉最终实现无人值守时的安全运行提供安全保障。
This paper applies digital image processing technology and grayscale recognition theory,based on Matlab platform and embedded system,presents an IT service platform based on image processing with great application value.At the same time,by analyzing the difference of the gray value of flame combustion in black-and-white imaging,and using image segmentation method based on gray-level segmentation and background difference,a novel algorithm for fast detection and identification of combustion detection is proposed.This method has certain theoretical significance and practical application value.In theory,a combustion identification system based on digital image processing is proposed.In actual production,the method can be used alone or in combination with her flame detection system to determine the combustion conditions of the pulverized coal boiler,and to provide safety guarantee for the pulverized coal fired boiler to realize unattended safe operation.
