联用还原型谷胱甘肽和甘草酸二胺对肝功能受损的疗效评价

摘要 目的 探究对肝功能受损患者联用还原型谷胱甘肽和甘草酸二胺医治干预后的临床效果.方法 选取在我院接受医治的肝功能受损患者100例,根据其就诊顺序的差异将患者分成2组.对照组患者接受门冬氨酸钾镁和维生素C医治干预;实验组患者接受还原型谷胱甘肽联合甘草酸二胺进行医治干预.然后对2组患者的临床效果作对比.结果 2组患者干预后其AST、TBIL、ALT水平均较干预前改善,其中实验组患者AST、TBIL、ALT水平改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对肝功能受损患者联用还原型谷胱甘肽和甘草酸二胺医治干预,可有效改善患者肝功能,临床医治效果明显.
