摘要
对农业科研单位科研项目资金管理现状进行分析,根据《关于进一步完善中央财政科研项目资金管理等政策的若干意见》"放、管、服"政策的要求,分析存在的问题,结合农业科研单位科研项目财务管理工作实际,提出符合农业科研管理实际的解决措施,加快政策落实,释放科研活力。
This paper analyzed the status quo of funds management of scientific research projects in agricultural research institutes,analyzed the existing problems,according to the requirements of“Release,Management,Service”policies in Several Opinions on Further Perfecting the Central Government’s Financial Management Policies for Scientific Research Projects.Combined with the actual financial management of scientific research projects,the paper put forward solutions to meet the actual needs of agricultural scientific research management,accelerated the implementation of policies,and released research vitality.
