摘要
目的:探讨聚焦超声联合复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性角化性湿疹和慢性单纯性苔藓的临床效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年6月笔者所在医院收治的90例慢性角化性湿疹和慢性单纯性苔藓患者,将患者按照就诊的顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组45例,对照组采用复方氟米松软膏治疗,研究组采用聚焦超声联合复方氟米松软膏治疗,比较两组的疗效及治疗前后的生活质量。结果:治疗前,两组患者的各项生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的各项生活质量评分均高于治疗前,且研究组患者的各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床总有效率为97.8%,显著高于对照组的86.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚焦超声联合复方氟米松软膏治疗慢性单纯性苔藓和慢性角化性湿疹临床效果显著。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound combined with Compound Flumethasone Ointment in the treatment of chronic keratinized eczema and lichen simplex chronicus.Method:From June 2016 to June 2017,90 cases with chronic keratinized eczema and lichen simplex chronicus admitted to the author’s hospital were divided into control group and study group according to the order of visits,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Compound Flumethasone Ointment,and the study group was treated with focused ultrasound combined with Compound Flumethasone Ointment.The efficacy and the quality of life before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the quality of life scores of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical total effective rate of the study group was 97.8%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.7%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focused ultrasound combined with Compound Flumethasone Ointment is effective in treating chronic keratinized eczema and lichen simplex chronicus.
