摘要
目的:探讨基层医院实施健康体检档案管理存在的问题与对策。方法:对健康体检档案管理情况进行分析,在2015年实施档案管理信息化管理,每一年逐步进行完善,并对几年间档案管理情况进行分析。结果:2015年健康档案管理情况满意度低于2017年(P<0.05)。结论:在基层医院健康档案管理中,实施信息化管理,有利于档案集中管理。
Objective:To explore the problems and countermeasures of implementing health examination archives management in primary hospitals.Methods:The archives management of health examination was analyzed.In 2015,the information management of archives management was carried out,and every year was gradually perfected,and the records management in several years was analyzed.Results:In 2015,the satisfaction rate of health record management was less than 2017(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the management of health records in primary hospitals,the implementation of information management is conducive to centralized management of archives.
