为了提高油气产量,顺利完成采油生产任务,优化采油生产技术措施,才能达到预期的生产管理的目标。由于石油和天然气具有易燃、易爆、有毒、有害的特性,需要重视安全生产管理工作,才能避免发生严重的安全事故,影响到人员的健康,给采油生产带来危害。
In order to improve oil and gas production,successfully complete the production of oil production tasks and optimize the technical measures of oil production,the expected production management objectives can be achieved.Because oil and natural gas have flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful characteristics,it is necessary to pay attention to safety production management to avoid serious safety accidents,affecting the health of personnel and causing harm to oil production.
