摘要
菜鸟网络的农村物流依托阿里农村淘宝业务发展,实现商品在农村与城市的双向流通。电商物流末端配送环节直面农村消费者,其服务质量水平影响消费者与企业。通过调研东海县菜鸟网络农村末端配送模式,采用服务差距法进行服务质量评价并提出改善对策,对提升农村电商物流服务质量,促进农村电商发展和提高农村地区居民生活水平有重要意义。
The CAINIAO rural logistics relies on the development of Ali rural Taobao business to realize the two-way circulation of commodities in rural areas and cities.The e-commerce logistics end-distribution link faces rural consumers directly,and its service quality level affects consumers and businesses.The rural terminal distribution model of the rookie network in Donghai County was invested.The SERVQUAL model method was used to evaluate the service quality and suggesting improvement measures was proposed.This research is great significance to improve rural e-commerce logistics service quality,promote rural e-commerce development,and improve the living standards of rural residents.
