摘要
目的:探讨人性化服务在精神分裂症患者护理中的意义。方法:收集2016年1月—2017年1月收治的精神分裂症患者200例,分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组给于常规护理,观察组给予人性化护理。采用阳性与阴性症状评定量表(PANSS)和简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)分别评估患者的症状和精神状况。结果:观察组PANSS评分和BPRS评分均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组护理满意率为98.00%(98/100)、对照组为89.00%(89/100,P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理可明显改善精神分裂症患者的临床症状,促进疾病恢复并提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the significance of humanized service in the nursing of schizophrenic patients.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2017 200 cases of schizophrenia were collected and divided into an observation group and a control group with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanized nursing.The symptoms and mental status of the patients were assessed by the positive and negative symptom rating scale(PANSS)and the concise psychiatric rating scale(BPRS).Results:The scores of PANSS and the BPRS in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rates of the observation group and the control group were 98%(98/100)and 89%(89/100,P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of schizophrenic patients,promote the recovery of the disease and improve the quality of life.
