摘要
小儿多发性抽动症多由五志过极,风痰内蕴引发,临床以肌肉不自主抽动和喉中发出怪声或口出秽语为主要表现,本病病位主要在肝,与心、脾、肾等脏有关。朱珊教授重视"整体观念,辨证论治",审其病理因素风痰,并结合自己的临床经验,确立以平肝息风化痰为主要治则,并自拟方药随症加减,临床疗效颇佳。本文重在介绍朱珊教授治疗小儿多发性抽动症经验,现将其经验介绍如下,并附临床验案以飨同道。
Children multiple twitching syndrome is mainly due to five excessive emotional activities and wind and phlegm,of which the major clinical manifestation includes involuntary muscle twitching,making strange noises or the verbal abuse.This disease is mainly in the liver and is closely related to the heart,spleen and kidney.Professor Zhu Shan attaches great importance to the“Concept of holism and dialectical treatment”and holds that wind phlegm is its main pathological factor,combined with her own clinical experience,she establishes“Calming the liver and relieving wind and resolving phlegm”as the main therapeutic principle,and modifies the prescription,which achieves good clinical curative effect.This article focuses on professor Zhu Shan’s experience in the treatment of children with multiple twitches and shares it with fellow doctors by citing clinical cases.
