摘要
锅炉掺烧不同品种的煤使炉前煤质检测数据不能准确表征原始掺配煤种的变化,并引起炉前采样样品收到基低位发热量波动增大,给运行调整和常规煤耗检测带来困难。本文对6个电厂17台锅炉入炉煤发热量的日常检测数据进行了正态性检验,发现在掺配煤的种类和数量稳定,且掺配方案不变的情况下,炉前煤质混合样品发热量数据呈正态分布,发热量数据从正态分布向非正态分布的转变通常意味着掺配方案或原始煤种的变化,据此可实现对原始掺配煤种或掺配方案变化的识别。此外,炉前混煤样品发热量均值和标准差是机组供电煤耗不确定度分析的基础,据此可定量分析发热量分散性对供电煤耗的影响。
Blending with different types of coal makes the coal quality test data inaccurately characterize the changes of the original blended coal type.It causes the increase in fluctuations of net calorific value as received basis,which makes it difficult for the operation adjustment and routine coal consumption rate test.In this study,the normal test of the daily test data of the coal calorific value of 17 boilers in 6 power plants is carried out.The results show that,the calorific value of the blended coal shows a normal distribution under the condition that the type and quantity of blended coal are stable and the blending scheme remains unchange.The change of the calorific value data from normal distribution to non-normal distribution usually implies the change of the blending scheme or the original coal type,whereby the change of original blended coal type or blending scheme can be distinguished.In addition,the mean value and standard deviation of the calorific value of the blended coal are the basis of the uncertainty analysis of the coal consumption rate of the unit.In the light of this,the influence of the calorific value dispersion on the coal consumption rate of power supply can be quantitatively analyzed.
