摘要
根据充分的工艺试验数据,开发出一种适合加工高精度奥氏体不锈钢薄垫片的新工艺,有效处理原材料在轧制、预热处理、下料、切削等工序环节上的材料的内应力分配问题。
According to the full process test data,a new process for machining high precision austenitic stainless steel shim is developed.In the process steps such as rolling,preheating,cutting,and cutting,the problem of internal stress distribution in materials is effectively solved.
